Subbuddy Limited manage subscriptions on behalf of the magazines mentioned on the website. All prices on this site are in New Zealand Dollars. The name that will appear on your statements depends on the magazine you have purchased.

The following terms and conditions of sale shall be deemed to be incorporated into and form a part of any contract between the magazine and the Customer whose name and details appear above for the supply of goods / subscriptions, to the exclusion of any terms or conditions set out in the order.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment:

Subbuddy Ltd accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Subbuddy Ltd or the magazines do not store any credit card information. For your safety, payments are processed on an independent securely hosted website that uses established data security and encryption methods. Stripes Privacy Policy can be found here: https://stripe.com/nz/privacy

All prices include GST and are in New Zealand dollars. Subscriptions are non-refundable, but may be transferred to an alternative recipient.

Customer details:

Any errors made in providing details to Subbuddy Ltd or the magazines are your responsibility. Subbuddy Ltd or the magazines will not be liable for consequences that relate to any errors; including but not limited to failure to send magazines product to the correct address. If you change your address or contact details, you need to advise Subbuddy Ltd or the magazines as soon as possible to ensure that the change happens on the correct issue.

Renewing a subscription:

The magazine themselves will notify you when your renewal is due, please contact them directly.

​Cancellation

Please note that our subscription offers are non-refundable. In some cases we will refund any monies owing to you (i.e. under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) but this will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively you can transfer your remaining issues to a nominated party. Requests for cancellations will be actioned as soon as possible; however, any refund given can take up to three weeks.

Delivery:

All prices include delivery costs. Your subscription will commence once we have received payment from you and will begin with the next unless otherwise specified issue. For monthly magazines, please wait up to 4 weeks for your first issue, for bi-monthly magazines please wait up to 8 weeks, for quarterly magazines please wait up to 12 weeks and for bi-annual magazines please wait up to 6 months. You can call us or pay for postage if you would like to start early unless the magazine you purchased gives you this option at no charge. If a missed delivery occurs please contact the magazine directly.
